Do You Offer Food ?

We can. We see ourselves as a middle ground between a party planning company and a rental company. We love to create beautiful parties for you and your loved ones and if food preparation is part of that we can work with you to create a beautiful menu, however, if you would prefer to provide your own food for any reason we will happily set up the food for you as well as use our serving wear.  

Where are you located ?

We are located in Southern New Hampshire and will travel up to one hour for services; we serve the areas around Manchester, Nashua, Concord, and Keene, NH. As well as North Central Massachuests. Anything outside of our main travel area will be charged an extra fee. 

Who Cleans Up?

We will gladly clean up our wares and take them away as well as help package up any leftover food, however, we ask that you be responsible for the general clean up of the space including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. We also  offer full set-up, hosting, and clean-up as additional services. 

What Can I Expect If I Book English Rose? 

You can expect to hear from us before your party to hear your vision and create a plan with you. The week before your party we'll touch base with you once again. When the day of your party arrives, we'll get there before your party starts to set up your space with our tea service as well as any serving wear you requested. We will work our magic to set up a beautiful and welcoming space. 
 

If you booked our hosting package; we'll stay at your venue making sure drinks stay full and food stays stocked so you can enjoy the party. At the end of the party, we'll clean up our items, and help you clean up yours returning the space to how it was before the party.

 

If you didn't request our hosting and clean-up add-on; we'll leave after we set up and come back at a pre-determined time and gather our items. We strive to make sure your party is enjoyable and will do anything we can to help make that happen. 

What are your policies? 

-To book a service there is a $100 deposit. 

-If you need to cancel before 90 days prior to the event,  100% of the deposit is returned to you. 

-You will receive 50% of your deposit thereafter until 60 days before the event at which time the deposit will become non-refundable.
